This post is raw and makes no effort to be politically correct (you may see that from the title itself...)

First and foremost: Isn't the whole point of racial equality to look past skin color; then why do we keep on addressing each other as, "Black People, Dear White people, Brown people...etc" vs just Dear sir/madam or whom it may concern? The more we call each other by the skin color, we are conditioning ourselves to inherently become both visually AND unconsciously biased - Pavlovian conditioning, LOOK IT UP!

Secondly: Stop talking about Empathy & Diversity as if these are good to have, you either innately have these (vs reading up on them) or Not, it's a binary choice.

Thirdly: Don't tell me you can relate to what I'm going through or have been through, you can't. I had to learn to take my name back post 9-11 - it took me a while: My name is NOT Mo it's Muhammad. Am I Stoic, you bet, 'cuz I'm not about to give you the satisfaction, rather I'd let you dwell in your own ignorance. Do you know what it's like to clean the Swastika off of your car, someone walking up to your spouse, 'cuz she's wearing a headscarf (while she's unloading groceries and kids in the car), to tell them why you're bound for hell, you're on your way to college and people shouting racial slurs and telling you go home...the list goes on - You CAN'T, so stop trying.

I don't usually make religious references, but in this case, I will: Quran - Chapter (49) sūrat l-ḥujurāt (The Dwellings)

Translation by Yusuf Ali: O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
